Next, you’ll need to fill out an online Letter of Authorization (LOA) form, which lets Ooma begin the number porting process from your old service provider. If you do, your old provider could put your phone number back into the pool of available numbers before Ooma has a chance to transfer it. Number porting with Ooma has a one-time fee of $39.99.
