Ooma Office Phone Review

Overall, I’m very happy with my Ooma office phone service. It’s been a great fit for my business, though I do wish the process for adding features was a bit more user-friendly. That said, I’m adjusting and enjoying the service more as I get familiar with it.The feature I’m most impressed with is the text messaging option. As a Life Insurance Agency, many of my clients prefer texting over calling, as it allows them to respond while at work or when they’re busy. This has made communication much easier and more efficient for both my clients and me.So far, the Ooma experience has been very good, and I’m looking forward to learning more and making the most out of all the features it offers.

Good Inexpensive VOIP Phone System

We are still learning the system. That said, the phones are light-weight quality. We have had several set-up issues, and more information could be provided on the complete button operation of the phone specific to each function you are trying to access.

I've been with Ooma from day one, starting with a home and upgrading to a office/home system with multiple lines when it became available. The system had always been dependable, the support excellent, but recently new features have been added that make it an unbeatable offer for SMBs. Highly recommended.
