I had a wonderful experience with Ooma and Jenna. Smith. I received a quote from her earlier this year. When I called back to move forward, she had all my information and walked me through the service I had selected, making sure to tell me about available discounts along the way. She also asked me questions about the state of my business and was able to identify some downstream issues AND possible solutions. The entire experience was wonderful and I am so happy that I am able to move forward with my business with phone, internet, and videoconferencing services figured out.

I love answering my home phone numbers in my car

We had two land lines with two numbers. The challenge is we live in the country and the phone junction boxes end up under snow and ice. The sound quality varies day to day with it not working at all. The phone company doesn't want to invest money upgrading the lines as people are dropping land lines. We recently got fibre so VOIP was now an option. The 2 OOMA phones were trivial to install along with the app on our iPhones. Once our numbers were moved we can receive calls to the OOMA phones on our Apple Car Play in our car. The sound quality is AMAZING. I am very happy we went OOMA.

Takes some getting used to

Once we had surveyed the various plan and feature options, and learned Ooma's vocabulary, we were able to add a user (me) to our business account and configure outgoing calling under our company number using callback to an external device. We wanted Softphone (higher-tier feature) as our first choice for this application, but we have a workable, efficient solution per above on our basic pricing tier.Feature request: Currently all calls made via Ooma Office with our configuration get logged in the app as incoming calls from our corporate number. This seems strange. Since I make the outgoing calls via Ooma Office (Windows PC), it should be able to log the outgoing numbers I actually enter into the app!
