I bought Ooma for my business line. I was told by Ooma that faxing was not guaranteed but was very pleased when it worked great. I was able to send and receive faxes without any problems or issues. Because my work is done remotely, faxing is an important feature. Then earlier this month, the ability to fax suddenly stopped. Incoming faxes show the message "received failed". Out going faxes get various error codes on the transmission reports. Something changed on around October 6 but tech support denies this. We have tried all the suggested work-arounds, we even bought a new fax, thinking that would solve the problem. I think it's strange that a feature would go from working consistently, every time, to not working ever.
Is anyone else having trouble faxing?
