Yep same problem.
When the phone rings you see the name and number.
After you hang up you only see the name of the person..No number for call back

No "soft key"
I used this phone for the past year and half and after march 17th I no longer see the phone number

Push the left arrow key.
Scroll to select the name of interest.
Push the right softkey.
First line is date and time of call
Second line is the name
Third line is the phone number
Fourth line is the call status and duration of completed calls.

Your signature says that you have three Ooma handsets.
Use one of them to check your incoming log.

Hi. I'm having what sounds like the same problem: When the phone rings, I see the name and phone number on my phone's display (Uniden DECT 6.0). However, when I go to the caller id list to view recent calls, only the name and not the phone number is displayed. This started happening Around March 18th or so. I have ruled out my phone being the problem...

I have called Ooma support and they reset my Telo, hoping that would fix it, but it hasen't. I don't have time to keep calling right now. What is going on???
