I am experiencing problem, RED light and I noticed it in this 04/15/09 morning at about 7.00 am EST. Middlesex county (Edison), NJ. I sent email to customer support since I noticed this issue, so far no response.
I have no other land phone at home, can someone contact to customer support to start looking this issue at least. I suspect, because of time zone they may not aware of this issue.
