i was wondering how to change the main number or alternatively reset the ooma and start the activation process again. thanks for your help!

If you want a different number, while you are on Premier trial, you can get a 2nd number. Then call customer service and have them make that your primary number. You can even ask them to remove the other number and have only 1 number.
