Is there any way to reset it?
If I unplug it the Telo still boots up with solid blue 1 2 lights.
I also can't access the setup.ooma.com page when connecting with my computer.
Last log shows that it was in the middle of a software upgrade on 4/14.
You can try a factory reset:
-Power off the Telo unit, wait about a minute, then power it back on.
-When the logo starts flashing RED, press and hold 'Stop' and 'Trash' keys at the same time.
-The logo should then flash blue & red.
-Release the stop & trash buttons when the logo turns solid blue
-Then allow for some time & try not to disturb power.
-It should go through another reboot
