Ooma service is a joke. I get an email saying this has been resolved, and they apologize for the slow response. Well the prepaid account activity issue is not being updated correctly.

I can't wait till I drop Ooma.. i am taking this shit back to Costco.

I believe this has something to do with the browser (different IE versions). I think Dennis P confirmed this bug on IE8 (More function not working) sometime in January 2010.
