I recently purchased and installed the Ooma systems but even though the light is blue and I do have internet line, the phone calls are dropped on an off and now the phone is just not working at all. Any comments?

The quality of your calls is directly related to the quality of your internet service. you need to give us more details...
how is your ooma connected to your network?
run the speed test here:

and post all the results so others can analyze your situation

PS: it appears you are using your phone number as your user name...although all the folks on this forum are quite gracious, it is a public forum and your number is out there for all to might consider contacting CS to change it!

In addition to niknak's suggestions, what kind of phone are you using and how are you connecting it to your hub?

Groundhound makes a good point...if you are using a wireless 2.4 or 5.8GHz phone and a wireless modem there could be interference issues causing the dropped calls
