Wrong outbound number on Telo

Hi There- I recently bought Telo and currently under trail period. So far I didn't see any issues on call quality but today I came across a caller ID issue. My wife called me at work and it showed me a local number on my phone display. I told her to call me back and on second call, I got the correct number (number assigned to my by ooma). She called me third time to try it again and once again the local number came up.

I called my family back in Louisiana and my sister told me that it her phone didn't display the number. Does anyone know whats the issue here?

It takes a few weeks for Ooma to register your name/number in the Caller ID database and once it is registered, it takes a bit longer for that database entry to make its way to all of the local telephone providers. There's a knowledgebase article that explains this in more depth, but that's the story in a nutshell.
