I have a router/modem combination (ActionTec), a computer, an Ooma Telo and two handsets.
Often, when I dial a number, I hear the answering party clearly but they don't get any sound. - "Hello...Hello...Hello..." then they hang up and I have to call them on my cell phone. This happens with either handset. I tried the Ooma tech support, was routed to the Philippines which took for ever and I was assured that this has nothing to do with the "Mute" thing that keeps popping up on my handset. I am surprised that there is no available Ooma support technician.
