I've had an Ooma Telo set up and functioning without issue for the last 6 months and now overnight it has suddenly stopped normal functioning and now only the 1 and 2 lights are lit up solid blue. No dial tone, can't connect to Telo through (this worked previously).

The 1 and 2 are the only lights on the face that will come on, no matter what I do. They come on and stay on as soon as it has power, regardless of whatever else is connected to it.

Configuration is Combined Modem/Router --> into Internet port of Telo

I've tried the normal fixes of:
1) resetting through powering off and on the Telo
2) hard restart (does not work as 1 and 2 lights come on solid immediately after restart)
3) cycling through of powering off and on modem/router and then Telo and vice versa

I've read in other postings and it appears my Ooma is "bricked" or otherwise unable to register with Ooma now?

Is this recoverable? If so, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try powering your telo off for 2 minutes & powering back. If it doesn't recover,
please contact our support folks to RMA your device.
