Hi,

If I get the $10 1000 minutes international package, can I use it on both the accounts (core + mobile) or it will only go to core prepaid account and I need to keep separate prepaid accounts for both core and mobile. I want to make sure I understand this correctly before buying mobile application.

1) Is there any time limit on using the 1000 minutes, i.e. are they expired after 30 days etc?
2) What happens if we go over 1000 minutes, do they charge $9.99 for next 1000 minutes or after 1000 minutes goes to 8c to call to India?

The plan minutes do not roll over; expires every month.

Minutes exceeding plan minutes will be charged standard rate.

If you are not enrolled in any plans, the rate will also be standard rate but you'll get charged 3.9 cents for every connection.

Thanks, 1 more question I had about $7 in my pre-paid account and I sign up for 9.99 1000 minutes and both are showing in my account but when I try to dial India it mentioned $7 in account and I have 1070 minutes so how to configure it to use international plan minutes. I tried a call in India and it is showing me rate of $9.8c

Hi - on the Account->Prepaid page, you'll see the rate of 9.8 cents, but you won't get charged while the call is using the 1000 minutes in the plan (the "Cost" column will be $0.00).

I am having the same problem plus when i call, i hear it rings about 8 to 12 times but it only ring 1 time on the other side. Also sometimes it says "call can not be completed as dialed" after 8-9 rings :? .

To Whom It May Concern:
I am interested in downloading the mobile app but I need to clarify some things first. Do I have to have a Ooma premier account to use this application? I was wondering because it is not entirely clear on the webpage in my account. If you dont have to have an ooma premier account, how much will it cost me per month to use it? Thank you for your help with this.
