So I asked Ooma to port my number in April. Here it is, the end of July, and still nothing. They had me fax in the same form twice and email "We will notify you via email once we've received an expected due date for your port completion." Of course I never get any further communication and emails are not returned. Can you port my number or not? I want to cut off my landline but the wife wants that number. If you guys can't do it, just tell me!
I'm not sure of the hold up, but I apologize for the delay. Our porting team is waiting on a recent copy of your phone bill to submit to our carrier. If you've already done so, please disregard this post.
