Number Rearrange Questions

Hi guys,

Currently, I have two numbers that are assigned by Ooma on my system on line one and two. Right now I am also porting a number from an old cell phone to Ooma. In addition, I am thinking about porting another number.

Here are my questions. After all the porting is done how do I eliminate the Ooma assigned numbers and leave just my ported numbers? Also how do I rearrange them? I am guessing I have to call Support. Does this cost money to call into support for this type of call?

Call support and tell them which of the Ooma numbers you want the ported number to replace. If you don't tell them the first ported number will probably replace the main Ooma number. You must tell them when you port the second number or you risk having the second ported number replace the first ported number.

When do they charge you for support? I haven't started the second port yet.
