For the past few days we have been having trouble receiving calls. It will ring 2 times and hang up or when answered you can hear the other end but they cannot hear you. I have rebooted several times and it helps for a few hours then it goes back to the same thing. When I am calling the home phone it doesn't ring - it doesn't do anything you just hear dead air. Please help and tell me what I need to do!

You need to call customer support with the date and times of the failed calls so they can investigate what happened.
