Just activated yesterday, so far seems better than Vonage.
I would like to evaluate for at least 3-4 weeks but want to start the porting process. I will order the Annual Premier+Port now to get things rolling.
Questions are -
1. Will the charge for Premier+Port be billed immediately or after the 60 day trial?
2. What is the billing cycle/due date for monthly fees? Same day each month based on activation or X# day cycle?

Thanks

The premier+port charge will be billed immediately and the remainder of the 60 day trial will be added to the year subscription. Not sure about the fees...

I believe any monthly payments or fees are billed to your credit card at the end of the month. But it may be different for everyone, I'm not sure.

I decided to hold off on Premier but paid the $40 for the number port. My Premier trial is up in 3 weeks. I'm wondering if, after the downgrad to Basic, I decide I want Premier and order it + the free # port will I still be credited for the $40 I already paid?

Call the billing department and ask. We can only guess.

You have to upgrade to Premier and request the free port while you're still in your free trial. If you pay $39.99 for the port and then decide to get Premier, you can call Ooma sales to pay the difference ($80) as long as you do it while you're in your free trial.
