caller id

Post by pthurleylll » Tue May 11, 2010 9:24 am

My internet connection was not good enough to use ooma as my only line so I've gone back to a basic landline. Can I use ooma with the landline to get caller id (which I dropped from my landline service)?

Even in landline integration mode, you'd need the landline to have caller-ID feature in order to show incoming caller-ID. Some folks still experienced problems though not getting incoming caller-ID.
