I have been with OOMA for the last six weeks. I have emailed customer support three times to get my account credited for the $50 international call rebate, and for help in signing up for the premium services. However I never received any mail or response from OOMA customer support.

I was planning to sign for the premium services but the support issues made me change my mind and stick with Standard OOMA services.

How long should I wait to get the rebate or to have some one from OOMA respond to my simple emails?

Here is my advice to OOMA management: “I do truly believe that support is important for any company to survive and stay in business.” As some one else in this FORUM said” Even just simply replying to emails would be a great start.”
