I find that if i touch the hub and do anything on it, I lose connectivity and have to go through unplugging and pluggin in again to get internet back on.
I do everything from the phone now to avoid that, but there must be a way to fix this!

If your Ooma device is in front of your router, try putting it behind your router. This way, all of your internet traffic is not going through the Ooma device.
