I was testing the blacklist feature on my phone and blacklisted my cell phone number to see if it actually worked. Well it worked great but how do I unblacklist my number?
You should be able to log into your My Ooma account
Preferences>Blacklists - > click on the number & click on the delete button.

I have tried to delete a Blacklisted number but it won't delete.

My Ooma Premier service expired a while back but I still have the blacklists capability and use it frequently. Well I didn't realize it was a Premier feature and blacklisted my own cell phone to test it. Now, my cell is blocked but I can't unblock it because I can't access Blacklists because, of course, I don't have the Priemier service. Now what?
I manually disabled blacklists for you.
Please allow some time for the config files to update.

I'm having the same probelm. Starting to think they allow basic users to blacklist people with no way to remove this to get more people to sign up for premium services even if they didn't need it before using a feature they thought they had. Will someone please remove the blacklisted numbers from my account.
