I purchase 2 additional OOMA Hubs for my family members.
I have my multi-ring enable to my cell. All landlines and cell phone calls do ring my cell phone and home ooma phone.
When my family use their oomas to call my ooma it never rings my cell phone just the hub no multi-ring from a ooma phone line. Anyone else seen this. I do need this resolved before I renew next month

This is a known issue and it is unfortunate since some of us are recommending Ooma to our friends and family and want to use the multi-ring feature when we get those calls.

They know about the issue and have mentioned plans to fix it, but don't know when. I think it had to do with testing to prevent potential call loops.

As a work around, you could use Google Voice to ring your Ooma phones and cell phones.
