Ooma 1-800 Support

Post by larrys1 » Thu Feb 25, 2010 12:08 pm

If you are trying to call Ooma Support 1-888-711-6662, it is giving a disconnected notice. I called 650-566-6600 and reached them. They were not aware of the problem.

I see they are fixing the issue right now.

2/25/2010 12:00 PM Pacific - The current support number is not routing calls properly. Please call the sales number at: 1-866-452-6662 as a temporary workaround.

If 1-888-711-6662 is called ( or 1-650-566-6600 option 3 ), answer is still from ooma sales and nobody is picking up for 20+ min.
