I have had Ooma for over a month or so. I am still trying to get my $50 international credit applied to my account. I call and I get put on hold forever. I have emailed 3 times, and never have received a response. Great support and a great product make a winning combination. If the $50 credit takes this long, I could only imagine how long the porting of my number will take. Ooma, please increase customer service, so you dont turn away customers who are happy with the product. Even just simply replying to emails would be a great start.
