Bought thru Costco-- first hub speaker died. Customer service replaced after waiting for a month.
Replaced scout and after a few weeks, its speaker also died (everything else works fine--just can't hear messages)
Escalated complaint and was given a tracking number--now about 3 weeks old with no new scout.
Although I suppose I will eventually get a new scout, Ooma needs to be more diligent about its customer service responsiveness. Telephone service is important and not having functionality is annoying.
Hey Ooma--replacement of defective parts is a PRIORITY item for us customers and deserves a one week MAX turn around time.
