Seems like about half the time I can't log in and getting this message.

Is My Ooma in maintenance mode so frequently?

My.ooma is not in maintenance mode. I can log into my account any time that I want.
The one time that I got that error message is was due to some sort of data corruption in the back end server for my account.
You need to get past the script readers in first level support to get it fixed.
