The service is good, but if they cannot support a customer once they buy their equipment what good are they?
I ordered a new router today since mine is a very very old Linksys anyways, nearly 8 years old now, so we'll see if that changes anything.
I bought a new router as mentioned in previous posts (A linksys WRT610N) and after installation the bursts of static have gone away.
I had mentioned my old router was quite old so I guess that was the problem... Anyways, quite happy now and heck, worth having a new router that has more than just 802.11b haha.
