I don't know because I seldom get a call while I'm already on the phone. It happened with one of my Panasonic Dect 6.0 handsets.
Try to reproduce it, and watch the line indicators on the Ooma. See if line 1 remains when you flash over to line 2.

I have done so with my Panasonic, and had no issues, however I have a Telo.

I would not be suprised if there was a compatability issue with your HUB, as there are other compatability issues with the Telo that await being fixed.
