If you don't get a confirmation that your email was received, you're probably better off calling support and getting a trouble ticket number. At least you'll talk to someone and won't be wondering if your email is sitting in some mailbox unread.

Hello kyledp,

Your Ooma hub is not detecting your landline. When you registered/activated, you had selected Landline config with Ooma.

On the back of the Ooma hub, there is a port called "Wall" - you want to make sure you plug your active landline(phone line) to it. If you plug a your phone directly to your physical wall jack, do you hear your landline dialtone?
