I upgraded to Premier but I can't seem to add a second number to my account. I log into my Ooma, go to preferences, phones numbers. I can click add new phone number and search for a number. When I click on a number, nothing happens. Anyone else get this to work, or is there a trick?

Several people have reported getting stuck at that point - obviously a website glitch. I'd get to the point where the number you want is displayed and then call customer service to get them to complete the order.

I am having the same problem. Don't really want to call customer service. Any suggestions?

Hopefully it will be fixed in the next website update, but I don't know any schedule for that.
