I finally got my CID back after three weeks and was able to block a telemarketer who has been bugging me to death. I opened the call log area, selected the "no" symbol in the far right column by the number, filled out the window that came up and was told that the number was added to my block list. Yet when I looked at the phone number in the call log list the block icon was still blue (instead of red) meaning the number was not blocked. I tried a second time and the same thing happened.

This was one of the main reasons I went with Ooma. Does anyone know what's up with this?

Hello,

Your account currently shows landline configuration(which means that your phone company still controls the line).
The blacklist feature works on nonlandline configuration(your number ported over to Ooma or selecting a number from our listing).
