Hi all,

Happily I have not had any issues with my Ooma in months or practically at all period. Until today. I have reduced my Verizon phone services to basic and increased DSL speed but had a noise problem that was finally able to resolve today. (missing filter on Direct TV phone line)(not Ooma)

After fixing this I restarted Ooma, actually a couple of times, and now the Blue Light does not display. I reset the phone and the reds and shades of red are there but not blue when everything is in working order.

Is there a proceedure for replacing this light? Is there an issue related to it not working I am not aware of?

I did search the forum for an answer and didn't find one.

I assume you have the older classic hub? Try turning up the brighness wheel on the right side of the hub.
