Change Service and Billing information

Does anyone know how to change the service and billing information?

I keep going into the account area of the Lounge, changing the information, a pop-up window says it is Saving the information, but nothing ever changes.
Ooma Premiere since 2008
Ooma Hub and 3 Scouts
Ooma Telo (sitting on shelf deciding if I should upgrade)
