So I have an ooma hub and yesterday I noticed it's ooma light/button was blinking red and the 1 and 2 buttons were solid red. Plus I have no service now. I've tried power cycling it, resetting my router, and power cycling and holding the ooma button down. Still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

Tell us a little about your setup. Cable? DL? Where is the hub... after the router? Do you have Internet access from a computer?

Is it a hub and scout--not the new telo?
Do you install the scout too?
