There is no refresh button. I have already turned the modem off & bak on to reset things. U no longer have to call them for a refresh.

If you take the Telo out of your network and connect your router directly to your modem, does your Internet connection work? If so, connect the Telo behind the router (Telo "to internet" port connected to a router LAN port) so the router will assign an IP to it and it can download the needed updates (takes 20-30 min.).

It finally worked. Going to the site made it update everything.
