hello is anyone home? (ooma support line goes nowhere)

i am trying to call ooma because they double billed me. i cannot get anyone on the phone. their support number doesnt accept my number selection, and then just hangs up on me. what is going on?

You must wait until the automated receptionist stops talking before you can enter a selection.

i did. ive tried over 10 times. give it a try. it doesnt accept #1 at all. it will accept #2, but then just says "go to the website" and then hangs up.

#1 finally worked. got a hold of someone, and it should be taken care of. i dont know what was going on with their automated system, but #2 still doesnt work. or maybe its supposed to be that way now? i dont know...
