TELO Support Topic

Post by Stackowax » Fri Oct 02, 2009 6:32 pm

Will someone at Ooma please start a separate support topic in the forum titled TELO (or something like that). For a "cutting edge" company, you really do seem to be clueless about me pretty basic ways of supporting your customers.

Until you do the above, two questions:

1. what is "Ooma HD Voice ready" (listed as a feature of the TELO but not with the Ooma hub)

2. My traditional hub has a USB port on it. The comparison of the TELO to the traditional hub indicates that the TELO has a USB port on it and the Ooma Hub does not.

For both points see: http://www.ooma.com/products/ooma-telo/compare

Ooma HD Voice Ready means it will work with the new HD wireless handset that is going to be released sometime in November.

Yes the hub has a USB port but it has no use... They do, however, have plans for the Telo's USB port. Stay tuned for that one.
