Received a trouble ticket # CS15442, and was promised a technician will call within 48 hours.
No one called.
I have called in several times.
No help - I was told this is handled by a higher level of support team; it is dealt with "high priority".
No technician called.
Also sent several emails.
I also reported this on feedback questionnaire.
It is rare to experience such lack of responsiveness from customer service of any service or product.

My multiple calls and promises to receive a 3-prong adapter never came through when I used phone support. Through phone support I was told 3 times that I would get a call in 3 days and I never did get that call. Through email, it took two days to get a reply the first time.
