I have complained about a technical problem on September 7.
Received a trouble ticket # CS15442, and was promised a technician will call within 48 hours.
No one called.
I have called in several times.
No help - I was told this is handled by a higher level of support team; it is dealt with "high priority".
No technician called.
Also sent several emails.
No response.
I also reported this on feedback questionnaire.
No response.

It is rare to experience such lack of responsiveness from customer service of any service or product.

Please describe your problem on the forum. There are very few problems that the users on the forum don't know the solution.

Try emailing support they tend to respond better with more knowledgeable support. I found that I actually got a reply when I did that.

My multiple calls and promises to receive a 3-prong adapter never came through when I used phone support. Through phone support I was told 3 times that I would get a call in 3 days and I never did get that call. Through email, it took two days to get a reply the first time.
