I didn't configure ooma to work with my landline during the initial install, I called customer support to make the change afterwords. I'm wondering if Customer support will automatically reprovision my landline and, if so, how long will it take?

If I'm impatient and want to make the change myself, what number should I choose for Call Forward Busy?

Hi Jason,

Typically landline provisioning can be completed in 3-5 business days. I don't think we're proactively reaching out to kickstart landline provisioning on a Premier subscription (although our documentation implies otherwise). I'll forward your request to our provisioning team, who will contact you for additional details.
