For the past 3 days I have had this problem. The connections are all fine. I do see a solid blue light on the Ooma Hub. The moment I receive a call and I try to pick the phone & the light turns red and I get disconnected. If I try calling , the moment I pick the receiver to dial I get disconnected.

My first thought is wireless. Do you have a wireless router and are you using a cordless phone, perhaps an older one? If so, connect a corded phone to ooma, disconnect all power from the cordless phone and see if that makes a difference.
