I was looking forward to the 2 month free preview of the service. But it looks like the counter on it starts before the service itself even works? I am still waiting for my number to be ported over but I've already lost a week of my free trial.

Generally, the ooma Premier trial starts the day the ooma system is activated. If a user is interested in porting a phone number, we typically encourage users to either use the ooma system with their current landline or choose a temporary phone number. This allows them to get the ooma system up and running and to assess ooma's voice quality, core features and enhanced (ooma Premier) features.

If you've attempted to install the ooma system but cannot get it working, feel free to give us a call and we can help get you up and running and extend your Premier trial for any lost time.
