I have read about this problem before but I cannot seem to find the threads on it. The status and configuration pages on my Hub are blank. The frame is there, but no content. I know I read about this before, what's the solution?

You have to disable your antivirus (seems to be a problem with Bitdefender and Kapersky)... I have Bitdefender Internet Security and have to disable my antivirus to see the ooma configuration page.

I suspected that as I just installed Kaspersky, but even after disabling the pages were blank so I got a bit confused what was going on.

I'll try restarting the PC to see if that's necessary with Kaspersky.
