When you power up the telo do line1 and line2 go blue and never go off? In other words you never see the boot cycle progress to the bottom 4 lights cycling from left to right? If so then the telo is dead if this condition repeats on several powerups.

Unplug the angled power plug from the back of the Telo and leave it unplugged for TWO Minutes. If the problem repeates, try removing the power again for TWO Minutes. This is essentially a reboot, as you wrote.

As Tom B wrote, if the situation is always the same after waiting two minutes and plugging it back in, then yes, the Telo is dead and needs to be replaced. If it's under warranty, contact customer service and Ooma will send out a replacement Telo.

If the Telo is not under warranty, just wait one more day an you can get a new one for $120 at Staples.
