My AT&T landline number was "in the phone book" and I could be found through 411 information. Now that I've ported the number to my Ooma Telo, can I still be found, or has the number in effect become unlisted?

It depends on who originally issued the number.
I had a number with Bell Telephone which eventually became Verizon.
About 7 years ago I switched to Vonage. The number stayed in the phone book.
Four years ago I switched to Ooma. The number stayed in the phone book and would still be in the phone book except the white pages are gone. The only phone book left around here is the Yellow pages.
The number is still in Verizon's electronic residential listing for my location.
