We have have had ooma for about a year, and are very happy. However, in the last month or so incoming calls seem to drop on a regular basis after about 15 seconds. Call quality is great, we have a very solid network connection with no packet loss.

Has anyone got any ideas?

My experience with this from other VoIP providers is that it's a port forwarding issue. With Ooma I don' have to do port forwarding at my router (the Telo is behind the router), but with all my other services I did. If the port changes during the call, which it sometimes can, this can cause a drop. Of course, your problem may be entirely different. I suggest contacting Ooma support for help.
