I have the lights turned off, this is the second morning I see the logo lit, I turn it off and check the firmware, this morning *#*#001 does not work. Anyone having the same find?

Are you using a phone connected to the Ooma Telo Phone port? If not you should be.

For 2 yrs it has been plugged into the phone port and has worked fine, it is just the last 2 days when checked the blue logo light was on, and today after I turned off the lights an hour later all the lights were on. Today is the first day the *#*#001 does not work and hangs up the connection.
