Hello,
I currently have set setup as follows: cable modem->ooma->router. My internet connection speeds are 15Mbps download and 2Mbps upload without the ooma installed. When I install my ooma inline, the download speeds drop to about 9Mbps and the upload speeds drop to about .6Mbps. I have set the QOS settings on the advanced tab to 1800 for upload and and 12000 for download, but it has not seemed like it has made any difference to the speed test programs like www.phonepower.com/speedtest or http://www.speedtest.net/.

The modem is running version: 64261

What do I need to do to improve my upload speeds?

Try connecting Modem-Router-Ooma. Use step 2 of Ooma Telo Setup guide: https://www.ooma.com/sites/default/files ... G_2011.pdf

With this connection Ooma recommends setting Ooma Setup Advanced page Quality of Service settings both to Zero.

Nothing is connected to the Ooma Telo Home port, except to temporarily connect a computer to make Ooma Setup adjustments.
