Incorrect Outbound Caller ID number

Incorrect Outbound Caller ID number

I've had the system installed for about a month. When I make an outbound call, the caller ID phone number that shows up on are ceiving cell phone is the temporary number: 929 956 1902.

How can I fix this?

Did you have a number ported in that you are expecting to show as your outgoing callerid?

Whatever number shows up first here is your default outgoing callerid: https://my.ooma.com/phone_numbers

You can change the order of your numbers by calling Ooma customer support.
Note, unless you have Premier, your 2ndary number will drop off from your account so if you ported in a number and it somehow ended up as your 2ndary number, call Ooma customer service to have them change it to the primary number.

Or you can change the default outgoing callerid here: https://my.ooma.com/privacy (Default number for outgoing calls)
