Over time, the lights on my Scout have progressively gotten dimmer and dimmer. It works just fine otherwise - I can still make calls, retrieve voicemail, etc., so it isn't inoperative. But, as the lights have gotten dimmer and dimmer, it now has progressed to where they don't light at all, so we can't even see if we have unread voicemail messages.
Has anyone else experienced this, and/or have any ideas on solutions?

You've adjusted the light intensity dial on the right?
